[Red Envelope] 2026.4.7 Review: This Qingming is different, a rare broad rally

A quick like brings in nonstop big gains; keep the questions coming, and profits will soar! Hello everyone, I am Wan Gu Chang Qing.[Tao Xiba]
1. Pre-market Auction Analysis
**

**A day in the stock market starts with the auction, and today’s auction is really lacking in sincerity—it even has no big orders of over 1 billion. The top order in the auction today is Fu Rong Technology, which snuck in after 9.20; afterward, there was almost no follow-through for the whole day. This situation is within expectations—sneaking-in behavior is hard to earn recognition from other funds. If it’s truly strong from the start, it should show its stance. The second in the auction is Hui Yuan Communication—adding orders on a multi-day board. However, the intensity of this adding order is unable to guide the sector to strengthen further; it can only guide new energy Tai Shan, which is in the same lineup.

The third in the auction is Fa Er Sheng. By this point, the bid amount for the limit-up has basically taken a nosedive—there’s only a little under 200 million left. The entire limit-up order was eaten up even before the market opened, and after that, the auction placed orders on the limit-up board. The fourth in the auction is New Energy Tai Shan, which is also the board I went for today. You can also view it as today’s best answer for the auction. Although Fa Er Sheng looks stronger in the auction, its limit-up time is not as fast as Tai Shan’s, and in general, it’s preferable to do the “in-position” one.

2. Consecutive Limit-Up Ladder
**

**Seven boards
Jin Yao Pharmaceutical—medical attribute. Now that once a stock passes level six it turns into a seven-board has become a rule. No matter how the theme evolves, as long as a stock reaches six boards, it will have a seven-board. But with a trend like Jin Yao Pharmaceutical, I probably won’t be able to hold it.

Three boards
Hui Yuan Communication—fiber optics concept. Today it added orders at a one-character limit-up; it’s the main advancing stock.
New Energy Tai Shan—fiber optics concept. Today it turned around and accelerated after a three-board rebound; it’s a main advancing stock with a turnaround-style follow-through.

Two boards
Hua Sheng Chang—power grid plus energy storage. High-priced stocks with rotten boards—there’s nothing encouraging in terms of expectations.
An An Ke—artificial intelligence. Low-priced stock with a rotten board; market cap is on the large side.
Cui Wei Shares—cross-border payments. It separated from PetroChina Capital on the previous trading day, and today it showed initiative—worth observing.
Sheng Quan Group—lithium battery plus plastic plus commercial aerospace; it has too many concepts, so it’s hard to tell which one it’s primarily running on.

3. Trend Analysis
For trend-direction stocks, as far as I can see, there aren’t many that can be done. That’s normal—after all, the index has been too tangled. On the board, it’s either around 4,000 stocks going up or around 4,000 stocks going down; no smooth trend has really emerged.

  1. Yangtze Optical Fiber—fiber optics attribute. Today it surged up then pulled back, trapping a batch of people, but it still made a new high. Right now, it only looks a bit fatigued; it doesn’t look like a top. The entry point was low-buying on the five-day line pullback. Believe in the leader.

  2. Hengtong Optoelectronics—fiber optics attribute. In the last couple of days, this one has risen against logic even more strongly than Yangtze Optical Fiber. But today it still surged up then pulled back and trapped people. The buy point is also only low-buying on the five-day line.

  3. Fu Jing Technology—optical electronics. A newly refreshed stock in the formula; today it made a new high, and late in the day it also stood above the moving average line. Theoretically, today it matches the first buy point.

4. Board Summary
Today the index’s performance was actually acceptable. Although the index surged up then pulled back, the market still saw broad-based gains. At the start, when I looked at the auction, I found that there was no top-pushing by funds, so I thought there wouldn’t be much to look forward to afterward. But the index did pull upward right at the open. Although the “shoe” hasn’t fully dropped yet, outside funds still don’t dare to launch a major attack. Today, everything was still on reduced volume. However, the funds that are currently in the market should be relatively firm. In general, they won’t take it to heart. They’re the loyal camp; they won’t easily cut losses. With just a small amount of funds, the market can be lifted.

As for themes, today the theme direction at the open was strongest in optical communications. But as the index surged up then pulled back, the core trending stocks of optical communications also surged up then pulled back, which prevented theme follow-through from fermenting. That’s also normal. This direction has already run further than expected—it used to be mostly one-day trips. In the medical sector today, there was some return flow. Part of the reason is that Jin Yao Pharmaceutical upgraded to a seven-board and led it. But it could also be stimulated by the chemical sector—after all, these two sectors have some similarities.

For the medical direction, actually doing trends is better than doing consecutive limit-ups. From the perspective of consecutive limit-ups, only Jin Yao Pharmaceutical and MeinuoV are doing relatively well; for the rest of the medical names, none of them reached the height of a three-board in a consecutive sequence. The only strength is from the new and old two leaders. On the contrary, in the trend direction, several stocks have been running consistently well—for example, Wan Bangde, and Jiu’an Medical. In the chemical direction today, it might be that a surge in futures pushed it higher. But the number of limit-ups—counting it as a wave that completely “filled” expectations—was an absolutely incomprehensible number of limit-ups. It’s possible that quant funds received some signal and batch pulled. You can’t really look much at other directions—basically it was intraday rotation, and there’s no clear sign of strong expectations.

As usual, I’ll summarize today’s operations. Today I hit the board on New Energy Tai Shan—three layers of position. The reason for hitting the board on New Energy Tai Shan is that I saw Hui Yuan Communication add orders. This would allow New Energy Tai Shan, which is in the same position and same concept, to enjoy the benefits. And New Energy Tai Shan opened with very strong momentum today; the auction volume was also enough. So I think this one was doable today. Then why only three layers of position? First, based on the stock’s own performance, there’s no doubt it was extremely strong—there’s no issue with that. That’s a necessary condition for opening the position.

But from the sector perspective, New Energy Tai Shan is running on the fiber optics concept, and this sector isn’t great. It’s not a leading “main-advance” sector. The optical fiber auction also clearly couldn’t go strong-over-strong today. Even the sector’s core names performed only average. So from the sector angle, I believe New Energy Tai Shan doesn’t have advantages. Next, from the broader market environment: today the market opened slightly higher; but from the auction, there were no funds aggressively bidding up the price. This suggests that funds didn’t enter in a big way. Later, it might not be able to release much volume. I believe there’s a higher chance that the market will open higher and then fall back—so based on the situation in the auction, I also judged that the overall market environment wasn’t too good.

So after combining the above judgments, today I only gave New Energy Tai Shan the minimum three layers of position, with an “arbitrage” attribute. Looking at expectations after that, New Energy Tai Shan’s expectations are also not high. From some recent reversal-and-boards stocks, the ceiling is at four boards. As of now, it hasn’t broken through that level. But in this kind of market, having some arbitrage opportunities is also decent—you can’t expect too much.

Thinking Questions
1. Lately the market is either broad gains or broad declines. Do you think the probability of a broad gain tomorrow is higher, or the probability of a broad decline is higher?
2. Today the chemical sector was the best overall—the number of limit-up stocks was far ahead. Do you think it could show continuing strength?
3. Recently, reversal-and-board four-day limit-ups are a hurdle. Do you think New Energy Tai Shan could break this situation? If it can, what conditions would need to be met?
