Have you ever noticed how some organizations founded by the same person can truly transform entire industries? That’s exactly the case with Elon Musk, who has launched several major projects that have completely changed the game in their respective fields.

Let’s start with Tesla. Founded in 2003, this company’s mission is to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. Musk brought a clear vision: make electric cars something truly desirable, not just eco-friendly. Models like the Model S and Model 3 proved it. But what makes Tesla interesting is that they don’t just make cars—they also develop batteries, autonomous driving systems, and even solar solutions through SolarCity.

Next is SpaceX, launched in 2002. The idea was crazy at the time: make space exploration cheaper and reusable. The Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets changed the game. Sending astronauts to the International Space Station, developing Starship for Mars... these are things that seemed impossible twenty years ago.

The Boring Company may be less well-known, but it addresses a real problem. Founded in 2016, it digs underground tunnels to solve traffic congestion. The first project, the Vegas Loop in Las Vegas, shows that we can really think differently about transportation.

Neuralink is even more futuristic. Also launched in 2016, this company works on brain-computer interfaces. The goal? Treat neurological diseases and restore cognitive functions. It’s science fiction becoming reality.

In 2022, Musk acquired Twitter for about $44 billion and transformed it into X in 2023. The platform has undergone significant changes in its advertising model and verification systems. The ambition? Turn it into a super-app with multiple integrated services.

There’s also OpenAI, where Musk played a founding role. Although he left the project, the organization has become a leader in artificial intelligence with systems like GPT that now power thousands of applications.

Looking at all these organizations founded or led by Musk, one thing is clear: each project aims to solve a major problem or open a new frontier. Whether it’s electric cars, space, underground transportation, brain technology, or social networks, there’s always this drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible. That’s what makes these organizations founded by him particularly fascinating to follow.
