Lian Life Insurance announces that Huang Jian has been elected as the new Chairman, with a term until the completion of the fourth board of directors, subject to regulatory approval. Zhou Junshu has retired and will no longer serve as Chairman or director.

Recently, Lian An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that on March 30, 2026, the company held the 25th meeting of the fourth session of its board of directors. The meeting elected Huang Jian as the Chairman of the board of directors of Lian An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. for a term until the fourth session of the board of directors expires. Huang Jian’s position as chairman will be formally appointed upon approval by the regulatory authorities.

Before the formal appointment of the chairman, Huang Jian was nominated to act on behalf of the chairman. Zhou Junshu will no longer serve as the Chairman of the board of directors and as a director of Lian An Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and has retired.
