1: Every night I watch my pre-market strategy—it’s actually written very clearly: the communications sector

Communications sector: If we want to keep strength, it’s because Friday was already the No.1 sector in the market.

Huaiyuan Communications, a one-word limit board of over 500 million—more is better.

Xinneng Taishan: within 20 minutes, get promoted from 2 to 3; don’t卡位 with Huaiyuan.

Tongyu Communications: within 20 minutes, get promoted from 1 to 2.

Bonus picks: Farsing—rebound and go limit up for 15 minutes.

Bonus picks: Hangdian Co., Ltd.—rebound and limit up within 15 minutes; the faster the better.

Changfei Optic Fiber: rebound and hit the 10:00 limit up. The faster the better.

HengTong Optoelectronics or Zhongtian Technology: rebound and hit the 10:00 limit up; the faster the better. This sector’s mid-leader trend is especially important—these three big names.

Changfei Optic Fiber has shown a赚钱 effect. Now in the big market basket, HengTong Optoelectronics and Zhongtian Technology both want to learn from it—heh heh, it’s about the trend.

At the open, it met 3 out of 3: Huaiyuan + Xinneng Taishan, and Farsing as the bonus pick! Hangdian surged high, but Tongding and its same-period substitute took its position to hit the limit up—that counts…

Have you noticed that as long as the “anchors” I mention are satisfied even slightly—2 to 3 of them, for example today’s communications—the sector basically breaks out as top 3 in the whole market. Very accurate. The No.1 sector is a normal thing. Then when the main run meets the conditions of my pre-market strategy anchors, it’s basically the No.1 sector again—very easy to play.
It’s just that we’re in a chaotic period right now, with fewer one-word limit boards and fewer accelerations. Because of people’s mindset problems—people don’t dare to chase; they’re kind of timid. Have you forgotten that in the past, dozens of billions could be used to top one-word limit boards at will?

2: Another point—recently the reason why the premium for overperforming first boards is low must be understood by everyone:

Originally, a “market recovery day” is the first factor, and lately there have been very few recovery days. And often there are 4,000 families in the green—it has a lot to do with the overall market environment. In the future you’ll see how ferocious overperforming first boards are. Look at earlier normal environments—under normal conditions? Those first-board brothers who caught them like Shunna, Jinkai, and Xiecheng Nengke were all top one-word limit boards. 20–40% easily.
Since I pointed out the risk in the high levels and the broad-market risk on March 3rd, the market ecosystem and liquidity clearly changed—because we entered a downtrend. Literally, a downtrend is worse than a sideways adjustment, even worse.

But that’s human nature: everyone only looks at what’s happening now. Many people don’t go find problems. With 5 conditions, honestly speaking, how many stocks really meet 3–4 or more and are eligible to take action? So many people don’t care about the environment, the sector, or the overall market—they just want to catch limit-up every day. And that limit-up the next day must deliver big meat or at least a premium. Think it through—can that really be possible? Even if you’re trading the leader, you still have to wait. Wait for what? Wait until the PK is over. Otherwise you go chase mid-tier stocks and do carry-on trial and error? How many times will you lose 10+ points at once before you can trial-and-error your way into a leader—and once you get it, can you not get off the bus?
So the “mode” becoming fixed, and the truth that “slow is fast,” must be understood!

I saw Dragon King fans summarizing their own reasons for losses. That’s actually progress. Many people never look back at their own execution records. In fact, facing your mistakes head-on is the best approach. If you see too many losses and too many losses, you get scared too—and then you control your hand.

**3: **A good tier queue and a sector that rarely mutual-locks

For example, position-wise they’ve always been leading—like when overperforming first boards explode at the front of the day. There are many first boards on that day. But the very foremost overperforming vanguard goes top one-word limit the next day. That’s why I say my overperforming first-board model is in the main run, or in a slightly better market, it goes top one-word limit—because of people’s mindset, and it’s that foremost vanguard, then the explosion day’s first board rotation is from handoff trading from 1 to 2. Then it’s not “locking for position.” It’s a healthy upward continuation: continue upgrading in the front row.

So what I mean is: my overperforming first-board model can survive many cycles and both bull and bear markets. Of course, you can’t just go hard every day! Work based on the big environment, okay?

4: Some details on the board—90% of short-term line traders don’t understand

Actually this morning, you could clearly see that Farsing brothers first got stuck after the abnormal move, and then it hit limit-up to stimulate the sector, heh heh. But many people didn’t climb the posts. Yesterday I chatted with Dragon fans, and I was talking about Farsing: once it卡完 the abnormal move, tomorrow’s attitude is very important—can it bring back the communications sector? Actually you should have seen it this morning that funds wanted to go do communications. But this wave of communications pulled too fast in the morning and got兑现 directly. In a main run or a market with some volume, this wouldn’t happen. When it gets兑现, there’s also an important reason: the communications sector today had a flaw—big-market stocks didn’t冲板 and didn’t show a big bullish long-day candle statement. So it got taken advantage of by other sectors “grabbing money.” But those three big names were originally moving independently too—they had their own will.

Watch who “grabbed money”—you can tell, right? At the start of the early session, funds attacked communications hard: for example Farsing and Xinneng Taishan rapidly went limit-up to stabilize confidence; then Tongding Hulian and Huamai Technology hit limit-up; Dingxin Communications, Shengquan Group, Hongchang Electronics also had communications attributes. Then within a few minutes, they all quickly hit limit-up as assist. Then there were also optical module names—Hua Shengchang. Brothers weren’t willing to lose and did back-to-back limit-ups. It was actually strong: these all happened within 7 minutes. Unfortunately HengTong, Changfei, and Zhongtian Technology—once they climbed to limit-up, you did yours; I slowly did mine—what a situation! Isn’t that awkward? The mid-leader didn’t state with a big bullish candle or limit-up—and at 9:34 it dove again, a wave that even brought Hangdian Shares to backstab the sector! So at 9:34 the dive happened; Shunxuhua then sealed a limit-up trying to take aviation/aerospace along. But that stock’s trading behavior and human nature—I specifically posted about Shunxuhua; if you don’t know it, you’re definitely a new fan. Then Oriental Xinneng also hit limit-up trying to bring back the power sector. A detail: after the big-market names—Changdian and HengTong—dove at 9:34 on their intraday line, they bounced back and then dove again at 9:44. Only then did communications funds completely get disappointed. Because those two dives by the broad-market were really outrageous—so brutal on morale intraday.

Then later, once everyone saw clearly: one minute later, funds went for a re-seal on Xintian Pharmaceutical! Then it led to Tianjin Pharmaceutical’s “return hands pull” re-seal and limit-up! Some funds focused on pharma returned! (Originally, pharma had many small弟 jumping down early this morning—like Zhongyao, Double Lu, etc.)

And at the same time, after communications’ big-market dive at 9:44, with volume, quantitative funds started attacking chemical processing broadly. Although chemicals exploded today with a batch of first boards because of Dongyue Silicon Materials’ announcement: expected net profit for the first quarter同比 increase of 397.02%–451.34%. That strength did pull the sector. Even the mid-leader first boards hit limit-up. Even though chemicals were strong due to the second-second board dispersion made by Dongyue Silicon Materials, we still need to thank communications for giving way—otherwise chemicals wouldn’t rise with that high intensity today. This is the board detail of two armies competing.

But the most core detail is actually: after Changfei and HengTong both dipped twice, many funds were disappointed and went to pull those instead. Then they again voluntarily made room. Everyone can check: at 9:45, software shows chemical strength at 1478, while communications was at 7057 strength—directly throwing off several streets. But later in the afternoon, chemical was already 15,000+ strength, while communications was still around 7,000. Do you understand this ultra-fine detail?
So I’ve always said: the statement of the broad-market is especially important for a sector. In these days, HengTong’s intraday trend has been stronger than Changfei’s. For a trillion-scale broad-market stock, their strong move actually protects the communications sector.

5: I’ll teach you a small tip

If a sector becomes the #1 or #2 in market strength, then you should observe whether there are still stocks inside the sector continuing to chase limit-ups—then it’s easy to see a pullback is coming. So the back-row positions you hold should find a way to dump them! Or if there are some core reverse-kills that impact sentiment—like Hangdian shares at a high level today—that’s a backstab. Did you get this detail?

6: Let’s talk about: Tongyu Communications

At 10:17 this morning, I said: Tongyu’s trading value is big; maybe it just needs some time to digest the chips. After all, the communications sector is doing well. Look at this afternoon—wasn’t it a super-accurate intraday prediction? Because I recognized that the main force’s chips weren’t finished yet!

Everyone should remember: I’ve said many times, most of the stocks pulled up in the afternoon are pulled high specifically to distribute and sell. Especially, those that get rushed up. Unless it pulls straight into a limit-up in one breath, 98% are sells points tomorrow with pressure. Do you understand? Because this kind of stock is very likely to face pressure again tomorrow.

Actually, regarding “overperforming” don’t look at A to do B, everyone understands that too. But the one who’s taking a low-absorption (buying) needs to look at A to do B. Haha, isn’t that contradictory? I’ll give an example: today Xinneng Taishan’s move will surely stimulate the Zhongli Group’s second-wave chart pattern. Why? Because in the past two days, didn’t I compare and hold them for reference? So when I saw Xinneng being so strong, a Golden Fans member directly low-absorbed Zhongli Group. Here’s another tip: for example, if you see Oriental Xinneng hit limit-up, can you low-absorb the sector leader Hadian Liaoneng? But you have to be familiar with how they’ve mutually driven each other—who has been the best among the same sector before.
