Bank of New York Mellon has been appointed as the financial agent responsible for managing the accounts and supporting the program infrastructure.

According to a post on X, the initiative involves developing a dedicated application. This system is described as a secure, private-branded system designed exclusively for financial oversight purposes. The app will enable families to access and manage their accounts through an organized interface.
