BlackRock CEO Fink's 2025 compensation rises to $37.7 million

Larry Fink’s compensation as BlackRock CEO increased to $37.7 million in 2025, up from $30.8 million in 2024, following a strong year for the asset manager. The pay package included a $1.5 million base salary and a $10.6 million bonus, largely boosted by a $6.5 million rise in stock awards. BlackRock reported record assets under management of $14 trillion and surpassed Wall Street profit estimates in Q4 2025.
