The HIMS options payoff strategy ETF (HIYY) was halted at 09:16:19 Eastern Time on March 5.

Trading halt reason: Information has not been disclosed; trading is suspended until the news is released

1）The news has already been sufficiently disseminated through a compliant FD method;

2）The Nasdaq Exchange has determined that a system error or malfunction causing special market conditions will no longer have a material impact on the market, or that the system error or malfunction is not the cause of special market conditions;

3）The Nasdaq Exchange has determined that the conditions leading to the ETF trading halt no longer exist and will publish two time points: (1) the time when market participants can submit quotes, and (2) the time when trading can resume.

All trading suspension and resumption times will be published in the format hours:minutes:seconds (e.g., 19:30:30).
