Hao Shang Hao Announcement: In 2025, operating revenue was 8.37 billion yuan, up 15.72% year over year. Net profit was 76.1997 million yuan, up 152.79% year over year. The profit distribution proposal approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital of 297 million shares, distribute cash dividends of 0.7 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders (including tax), issue 0 bonus shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders (including tax), and convert 4.5 shares per every 10 shares to all shareholders from capital reserve funds.
