Sina Technology: On the evening of April 1, news emerged that a post-00s female employee at Chery had filed a real-name complaint against a senior executive for sexual harassment, drawing widespread attention. Today, Chery Commercial Vehicles released an official statement, saying it has dismissed the management personnel involved and decided to terminate their employment contracts.

据悉，该涉事高管为奇瑞商用车生态事业部总经理、好用生态科技（安徽）有限公司总经理、芜湖市好用汽车租赁有限公司总经理江文波。上述女员工在网络上发布了一封致奇瑞控股董事长尹同跃的举报信，公开举报江文波对其实施性骚扰，并指责其在公司内部作风霸道，长期骚扰多名女性下属。

In response, Chery Commercial Vehicles said in its statement that after receiving the complaint, the company attached great importance to it, immediately set up a special investigation team, and quickly initiated its internal investigation procedures. After verifying the facts, on the afternoon of March 31, in accordance with regulations, it dismissed the management personnel involved and decided to terminate their employment contracts. Sina Technology learned exclusively that after Jiang Wenbo was dismissed, Chery Commercial Vehicles issued an internal notice announcing new personnel appointments: Hongbin Xiong, the former deputy general manager of the Procurement Business Division, will take over as general manager of the Chery Commercial Vehicles Ecological Business Division, general manager of Haoyong Ecological Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., and general manager of Wuhu Haoyong Automobile Leasing Co., Ltd., and will report to Cheng Guoqiang, the executive vice general manager of Chery Commercial Vehicles.

According to materials, prior to this appointment, Hongbin Xiong was the procurement负责人 for the Chery Commercial Vehicles sector, serving as director of procurement for Chery Commercial Vehicles‌ and responsible for supply chain management, supplier cooperation, as well as formulating and implementing procurement strategy.‌‌
