Completed six rounds of financing, with companies including Lenovo, SAIC, Baidu, and others holding shares.

On March 31, Robot Frontier reported that today, Hangzhou startup Differentiated Zhi Fei, which focuses on flying embodied intelligence, announced the completion of a Series A1 round of financing worth several hundred million yuan.

It is understood that this round was led by Huakong Fund, with new investors such as Lenovo Venture Capital and CCTV Fund participating together. Existing shareholders including Heguang Venture Capital, Wuyuan Capital, Dongfang Fuhai, Huaying Capital, Shangqij Capital under SAIC Group, Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, Changshi Capital, and BV Baidu Ventures continued to make follow-on investments, with the subscribed amount exceeding half.

Previously, the company had completed multiple rounds of financing: in November 2024, it completed seed-round financing led by Ginkgo Valley Capital; in April 2025, it completed angel-round financing; in May 2025, it announced the completion of angel+ round financing worth tens of millions of yuan led by Heguang Venture Capital; in July 2025, it completed a nearly hundred-million yuan pre-A round financing backed by Dongfang Fuhai and others; and in September 2025, it completed a nearly hundred-million yuan pre-A+ round financing led by Huaying Capital.

As of March 31, 2026, Differentiated Zhi Fei has completed six rounds of financing, with total funding exceeding 500 million yuan.

Differentiated Zhi Fei was founded in 2024 by Gao Fei, a post-90s doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University. Its core technology is enabling flying robots to autonomously navigate and operate in unknown environments such as mines and tunnels without completely relying on GPS.

Relying on four core technologies—autonomous navigation, an intelligent brain, an efficient cerebellum, and swarm intelligence—the company has successfully launched products including the intelligent exploration flying robot P300, the industry-application flying robot p300 Pro, and the education and research flying robot non-convex-α. The company has already achieved application in multiple “must-have” industry scenarios such as mining, forestry, electric power, municipal affairs, and emergency rescue.

The intelligent exploration flying robot P300 is a flying robot that does not need GPS or manual operation and can replace human labor to perform work and carry out high-risk tasks in complex environments such as mines and underground rail lines. It has autonomous exploration, mapping, and intelligent inspection functions, and can be applied in multiple fields including power corridors and emergency rescue.

The education and research flying robot non-convex-α is a scalable experimental platform for flying robot research and education. The platform integrates full-stack software and hardware as well as proprietary algorithms. It has core functions such as autonomous navigation and cluster collaboration, supports flexible expansion, is suitable for diverse scenarios such as research and teaching, and comes with a supporting tutorial and service system.

It is reported that the R&D team of Differentiated Zhi Fei has a master’s and PhD ratio of 80%. Team members come from top universities including Zhejiang University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Southern University of Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, and others.

Differentiated Zhi Fei stated that this round of financing will be重点 used for product R&D and technology iteration, attracting top talent, expanding industry scenarios, and supplementing cash flow.
