Zijin Bank: President Que Zhenghe's appointment and qualification approved

On March 16, Zijin Bank issued an announcement stating that recently the bank received a reply letter issued by the Jiangsu Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration: 《Reply of the Jiangsu Financial Regulatory Office on the Appointment Qualifications of Que Zhenghe and Zijin Rural Commercial Bank’s Directors and President/GM》（Su Jin Fu〔2026〕63）, which approved the appointment qualifications of Que Zhenghe and the company’s director and president/GM.

Que Zhenghe, male, born in August 1975, Chinese nationality, holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, and is a senior economist. He previously served as deputy head of the Funds Operations Division for the Siyang Rural Cooperative Union, general manager of the Funds Operations Department and president/GM of the Peixu sub-branch, general manager of the Credit Management Department of the Siyang Rural Cooperative Bank, deputy director of the Hongze County Rural Credit Cooperative Union, chief staff member in the Business Management Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, senior manager of the Business Development Department, deputy general manager of the Business Management Department, general manager of the Business Management Department, and general manager of the Business Management Department (Inclusive Finance Department) of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank Union. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zijin Bank and the president/GM (temporarily performing the duties).
