Sina Technology, March 31—In the morning, news reports say that recently, a hanfu makeup and styling artist posted on a social media platform claiming that the short drama “Peach Blossom Hairpin” by “Hongguo” used her previously taken photos without permission, and processed them using AI, thereby infringing on her right to her portrait.

The user said, “Everything about my outfit, accessories, and even my makeup is exactly the same. In the short drama, they turned me into a person who is greedy for money and lustful. I’m really speechless. Please give me a fair, just, and transparent handling result through the Hongguo Short Drama app.”
