LME metal futures closed higher across the board. London aluminum rose by 4.70%, closing at $3,439; London copper increased by 0.25%, closing at $12,171; London nickel gained 0.49%, closing at $17,300; London lead rose by 0.29%, closing at $1,908.5; London tin increased by 0.35%, closing at $46,160; London zinc rose by 2.38%, closing at $3,180.5.
