Iran: A ballistic missile carrying hundreds of kilograms of warheads has caused severe damage to multiple locations in Israel, in order to destroy the “assassination machine” and attack the Oracle and Amazon data centers.
In the evening of April 2 local time, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the launch of “Operation True Promise 4” Episode 91 military strikes, carrying out a new round of missile attacks on central Tel Aviv and the northern city of Haifa in Israel. The Revolutionary Guard said a ballistic missile carrying a warhead of several hundred kilograms had caused severe damage in multiple places in Israel.
According to reports by Israeli media, in the evening of April 2, around after 7:00 p.m. local time, Iran launched another round of missile attacks. Petah Tikva, a city in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area in central Israel, was hit. As of now, Israel has not reported any casualties resulting from this attack. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps then announced that it conducted a Episode 91 strike of “Operation True Promise 4,” launching missiles to attack targets including Tel Aviv and areas in northern Israel such as Haifa.
In a video statement released on the evening of April 2 local time, Yemen’s Houthi spokesman Yahya Sareya said that the Houthis and Iran, along with Hezbollah in Lebanon, had once again launched joint military operations, firing a batch of ballistic missiles at targets in the central Tel Aviv area of Israel to strike Israel’s key facilities.
On April 2, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Naval Command posted a message on social media saying that Iran struck U.S. tech giant Oracle and Amazon’s data centers in the Gulf region, located respectively in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
The report said the action is aimed at destroying an “assassination machine,” and that U.S. President Trump’s actions are causing U.S. forces to pay a heavy price.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued an announcement on March 31 saying that companies and institutions related to 18 U.S. information and communications technology and artificial intelligence firms in the Middle East would be treated as “lawful strike targets,” involving companies such as Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Oracle, Microsoft, and others.
