On April 2, Postal Savings Bank of China issued an announcement stating that on June 19, 2025, the bank completed the issuance of A-shares to specific parties. The bank’s registered capital increased from RMB 99.16B to RMB 120.1B. The bank applied to the National Financial Regulatory Administration for the approval of the change in its registered capital. Recently, the bank received the 《National Financial Regulatory Administration’s Reply on Postal Savings Bank’s Change of Registered Capital》 (Jin Fu〔2026〕179), in which the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the change of Postal Savings Bank’s registered capital to RMB 120.1B. The bank has revised the corresponding provisions of its articles of association in accordance with the reply.
