Xinhua News Agency announced on April 2 that, after being nominated by the company's Chairman Chu Xuejun and reviewed by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the company held the 21st meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on April 2, 2026. The meeting approved the proposal for the appointment of the company's President and agreed to appoint Zhang Ruining as the company's President, with a term coinciding with that of the 5th Board of Directors, from the date of approval by the Board until the expiration of this Board's term.

Xinhua News Agency announced on April 2 that, upon nomination by the company’s chairman of the board, Chu Xuejun, and after the company’s board of directors nomination committee conducted a qualification review, the company held the 21st meeting of the fifth session of the board of directors on April 2, 2026. After reviewing and passing the resolution titled “On the Appointment of the Company’s President,” the company agreed to appoint Zhang Ruining as the company’s president. Her term shall be the same as the term of the company’s fifth session of the board of directors, starting from the date the board of directors approves the resolution and ending on the date the term of the current session of the board of directors expires.
