Jefferies analyst wrote that Broadcom’s strong artificial intelligence growth guidance suggests that the AI market will continue to thrive. The analyst said, “This party still isn’t over.” The company, a provider of cloud computing capabilities for artificial intelligence firms including OpenAI and Anthropic, released its earnings report after Wednesday’s market close. The analyst believes the company’s guidance for AI chip revenue reaching $100 billion in 2027 may be somewhat conservative, since they expect its revenue to exceed $200 billion. Expectations for higher prices per gigawatt support the analyst’s bullish view on revenue. Broadcom shares jumped 7% in premarket trading.
