On April 3, China National Building Materials Group held a 2025 Annual Group Performance Briefing at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As one of the 12 A-share listed companies under the Group, Sinoma Energy Conservation jointly participated in this performance briefing together with other listed companies within the Group.
The Group Performance Briefing was jointly hosted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Around 60 analysts, investors, and media representatives were invited to attend at the event site, and meanwhile, it was broadcast live simultaneously through platforms including Interactive Ease, the Shanghai Securities News’ Roadshow Center, Panview, Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times, First Financial, Wind, Tonghuashun, Fund Daily, and others. Nearly 380,000 viewers watched online and engaged in interaction.
At the Group Performance Briefing, Meng Xiangjun, CFO and board secretary of Sinoma Energy Conservation, provided a detailed introduction to the company’s 2025 operating performance and shared expectations for the company’s business development in 2026. Liu Xin, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and President, communicated and exchanged with investors and analysts in a comprehensive manner on topics including how to seize market opportunities in 2026 brought by domestic industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction and the release of demand for stock-based technical upgrades, as well as the company’s international market development plans. Marlin, Director of the Board Office and securities affairs representative, attended this performance briefing on site, and independent directors participated via an online method.
This performance briefing further enhanced communication with a wide range of investors, enabling investors to understand and recognize the company’s value more fully and more deeply. Going forward, Sinoma Energy Conservation will focus on strengthening its core business of “green and low-carbon,” intensify in-depth cultivation of key countries and local markets, deepen the “big market, big customers, big projects” strategy, strengthen technology and R&D, and enhance new drivers for development, so as to deliver better results to repay shareholders and to benefit society!
