Ministry of Finance: Add a new category "Expenditure for the Ultra-Long-Term Special Treasury Bond Arrangement"

The Ministry of Finance has issued an announcement. In the government fund budget expenditure functional classification category, it adds a new category for “Expenditures for Arrangements of Ultra-Long Special Treasury Bonds” (Item 21798), to reflect financial-related expenditures funded by the revenue from ultra-long special treasury bonds; it adds a new category for “Interest Expense Subsidy Expenditures” (Item 2179801), to reflect expenditures such as interest subsidies and expense subsidies funded by the revenue from ultra-long special treasury bonds; it adds a new category for “Supplementary Capital” (Item 2179802), to reflect supplementary capital expenditures for financial institutions funded by the revenue from ultra-long special treasury bonds; it adds a new category for “Risk Assistance Expenditures” (Item 2179803), to reflect risk compensation expenditures of financial institutions funded by the revenue from ultra-long special treasury bonds; it adds a new category for “Other Financial Expenditures” (Item 2179899), to reflect, as well as the financial-related expenditures funded by the revenue from ultra-long special treasury bonds for purposes other than the above items.
