Global leading capital increases investment in EHang Intelligent, with institutional holdings continuously rising

In the latest period, based on 13F institutional holdings data as of December 31, 2025, low-altitude economy technology leader EHang Intelligent (NASDAQ: EH) has continued to attract attention and recognition from institutional investors in the capital markets. The data shows that the institutional investors’ ownership stake has increased to 29.08%, up steadily from 26.85% at the end of the third quarter of 2025.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, several globally renowned investment institutions made significant share increases in EHang Intelligent, underscoring their confidence in the company’s leading position in the global advanced air mobility sector and its long-term development prospects.

Leading institutions increased holdings significantly: Among them, SIG Seina International Group, a global leader in quantitative trading and integrated financial services, increased its holdings by 957k shares in the fourth quarter. Its total holdings in EHang Intelligent rose to 2.73 million shares. In addition, the 13G filing shows that SIG held a total beneficial ownership of approximately 957k shares of EHang Intelligent, accounting for 6.9% of the outstanding shares, making it the second-largest external shareholder of EHang Intelligent. Cross-verification between the 13F and 13G data not only confirms a substantive increase in the holdings size of top institutions, but also indicates a continued deepening of their level of participation. Meanwhile, international investment bank Morgan Stanley also added 786k shares, further expanding its position.

Global top institutions continue to add: In addition, global financial institutions such as UBS Group, State Street Corporation (one of the largest asset management firms in the world), and Fidelity Investments (Fidelity) (a leading global asset management giant) also increased their holdings in the fourth quarter by varying amounts. At the same time, mid-to-large asset management institutions such as the Norges Bank, as well as prominent hedge fund Point72, continued to increase their positions or newly entered the scene, showing that long-horizon capital has a high level of attention to EHang Intelligent’s business model and market potential.

Of particular note is that Baillie Gifford (Baillie Gifford), a well-known global long-term investment institution, bought shares of EHang Intelligent in the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing its total holdings to approximately 871k shares, placing it among the top ten external shareholders. As an independent Scottish investment institution with more than a century of history and known for long-term investing, Baillie Gifford is known globally for uncovering and holding disruptive growth companies over the long run. It was an early important shareholder in technology companies such as Tesla and Amazon. This new position further confirms that EHang Intelligent, as a pioneer in the field of urban air mobility, is receiving recognition from top global long-horizon capital for its long-term investment value.

The continued rise in institutional ownership proportions, along with the entry of heavyweight shareholders, indicates that the company’s shareholder structure is concentrating toward high-quality long-term capital. This structural change provides the company with more solid capital market support. It also helps increase the company’s visibility and liquidity in the capital markets, laying a strong shareholder foundation for the company’s future business expansion and strategic execution.
