Energy supply tightening, South Korea encourages off-peak use of public transportation

People’s Finance Information, April 4—On April 3, the South Korean presidential office Cheong Wa Dae said it would encourage the public to proactively use public transportation during off-peak hours by offering rewards, as the government seeks to address tight energy supplies caused by instability in the Middle East situation.
