Abstract generation in progress

Mars Finance News April 4, according to relevant reports citing multiple people familiar with the matter, Musk has asked the banks, law firms, audit firms, and other advisory institutions involved in working on the SpaceX IPO to purchase subscriptions to his AI chatbot, Grok. Grok is a product of xAI, which is under SpaceX. Three of the people familiar with the matter said that some banks have agreed to spend tens of millions of dollars on Grok and have started integrating the chatbot into their IT systems. In almost all large IPO deals, banks will try every way to please the company that is about to go public and its CEO. But after several years of a lack of major IPOs, Wall Street is now envying deals like SpaceX. However, the insiders said that banks’ purchase of Grok subscriptions is not a proactive attempt to curry favor, but because Musk insists that they buy the chatbot service. Musk also asked these banks to run ads on his social media platform X, but their stance on that request is not as firm. X is also owned by SpaceX. At present, it is expected that five banks will participate in this issuance work, including Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley. (Broad Perspective)
