On March 31, Yonghe Medical released its annual performance announcement for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The company’s revenue for 2025 was 1.81B yuan, up 0.2% year over year; gross profit was 1.19B yuan, up 10.1%, and the gross margin increased from 60.1% in 2024 to 66.0%; net profit was 73.6 million yuan, compared with a loss of 227 million yuan in 2024.

In the Management Discussion and Analysis section, the company stated that its hair transplant medical services business generated revenue of 1.38B yuan, accounting for 76.1% of total revenue. The number of consumers receiving hair transplant medical services increased from 59,655 in 2024 to 71,380 in 2025. During the reporting period, the company also significantly improved overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing its store network and enhancing management efficiency.

The announcement noted that as of December 31, 2025, the company had 63 hair transplant medical institutions in 61 cities nationwide, as well as 7 Shiyunxun Jiankang hair growth institutions in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, serving more than 120k consumers in total.
