Guandian News: On April 2, Suzhou Wuzhong Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of the 26 Wuzhong Chengtou SCP003 ultra-short-term financing bill on April 1, 2026, and released an announcement detailing the issuance subscription, allocation, and distribution-related information.
The planned issuance amount and the actual total issuance amount for the bond are both 200 million yuan. The term is 267 days. The interest start date is April 2, 2026. The maturity date is December 25, 2026. The issuance interest rate is 1.58%.
In terms of subscription, there were 18 compliant subscribers with a total amount of 1.24 billion yuan; there were 5 effective subscribers with a total amount of 240 million yuan. The highest subscription price level was 2.00%, and the lowest subscription price level was 1.50%.
The bookrunner and lead underwriter is Industrial Bank, and the joint lead underwriter is Nanjing Bank. According to the announcement, Industrial Bank and Nanjing Bank each allocated 40 million yuan from their own funds, accounting for 20.00% of the issuance scale for the period.
The review of subscriptions by related parties shows that Suzhou Wuzhong Chengjian Investment has not directly or indirectly taken part in any non-compliant subscription of this debt financing instrument. The company’s directors, supervisors, senior executives, shareholders holding more than 5%, and other related parties did not participate in the subscription, and there were no cases where any related parties indirectly participated in any non-compliant manner.
