Recently, I've been reminded of some very effective principles from metaphysics. I know some people might not believe it when I say them, but I’ve personally tested and found them to be truly useful.

Let's start with the most intuitive one: a person's luck really has a lot to do with their appearance. This isn't superstition; it's the kind of thing where first impressions are made in two minutes. Your image needs to come first. Dressing well wards off bad luck, speaking kindly elevates your character, and your untidy appearance itself sends a signal. After I started taking myself seriously and tidying up, the attitude of people around me changed, and I started getting more opportunities.

The core principle of metaphysics is moderation in everything. Don't eat too much, don't be overly kind to others, don't help too much, and don't invest too deeply in relationships. This balance is like a line—you cross it, and your luck begins to turn around. I've seen too many people ruin themselves because they lack this sense of moderation.

Another very important point is not to try to change others. Everyone has their own destiny, including your partner and children. You can't change them; you can only change your own frequency. When your energy is aligned, like attracts like, and good things will come naturally. To change your luck, you first need to adjust your frequency—this is a very important concept in metaphysics.

When facing unfavorable situations, don’t rush impulsively. An immature person reacts immediately to problems, but silence is often the best response. Staying calm and not panicking is actually good. Patience can resolve many seemingly insurmountable obstacles, which often disappear over time.

You also need to learn to turn the page. Let go of the past; every time you dwell on it, you're actually harming your luck. If you gain something, cherish it; if you lose something, accept it as fate and move on. This mindset is crucial. Sometimes, things that don’t work out are actually protections from above—like a car breaking down, a delay, or a breakup—these are all part of redirecting your path.

Finally, remember that attitude is everything. People die from anger, flowers wither from neglect, and most serious illnesses are related to emotional health. The key to health isn’t just the body, but the mindset. When your mood improves, your luck naturally follows. Another often overlooked point is avoiding curses or bad omens—either stay silent or speak kindly. Constant complaining or cursing yourself can really manifest as a self-fulfilling prophecy.

These principles from metaphysics sound simple when explained, but few people truly practice them. I now follow these guidelines to adjust myself, and I genuinely feel the changes.
