1. The Central Bank announced an additional 12 digital renminbi operation institutions, including 7 joint-stock banks and 5 city commercial banks, bringing the total to 22.
2. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Gradually developing space computing network construction and pilot verification, with steady progress in on-orbit deployment of large models.
3. Seven departments: By 2029, the outdated petrochemical and chemical equipment upgrade and renovation tasks confirmed in 2025 across various regions will be fully completed.
4. The Central Bank: On April 7, will conduct 8 trillion yuan of 3-month reverse repurchase operations; since 11 trillion yuan of similar operations mature on April 8, the amount will be reduced to 3 trillion yuan for the month.
5. The Tianlong-3 launch vehicle failed! Its performance is comparable to SpaceX's Falcon 9, capable of launching a 36-satellite constellation in one shot.
