I noticed an interesting trend — people often think that crypto investments are only about Bitcoin at 66k. In reality, there are a whole bunch of the cheapest cryptocurrencies that make sense for entry. I was just browsing the list on CoinMarketCap and realized that the options are much broader than it seemed.
For example, XRP is currently trading around $1.32 — one of the cheapest cryptocurrencies among top projects. Ripple is a payment system trying to replace SWIFT. It was once at $3.65, now almost 64% off. Or Cardano (ADA) — also cheap, about $0.25, though it used to be above $3. The blockchain runs on PoS and processes a lot of transactions.
There's also Graph (GRT) at $0.02 — like an index for blockchain, kind of like Google for crypto networks. TRX from Tron is also cheap, $0.31, and has increased about 34% over the year. Stellar (XLM) at $0.16, working on cross-border transfers. And then Gala with ANKR — very inexpensive, but these are more risky bets.
Of course, a low price doesn't mean guaranteed profit. You need to look at market capitalization and what the project is actually for. But if you're looking for the cheapest cryptocurrency with real utility, this list definitely has options. I'm personally thinking about which one to add to my portfolio.
