People’s Finance News, April 2—Phoenix Media (601928) announced on April 2 that the company plans to publicly list and transfer, through the Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Assets and Property Exchange Co., Ltd., 61.03% of its equity interest in Phoenix Legend Pictures Co., Ltd., as well as the related creditor’s rights it enjoys. The listing price for this transaction is 82.61 million yuan. If the transaction is concluded at the listing price, it will generate a profit of approximately 1.4714 million yuan.
