Iranian Media Reports Failed U.S. Rescue of Pilot

On April 3, according to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the U.S. military deployed a Black Hawk helicopter and a C-130 Hercules transport aircraft on April 3 in an attempt to rescue a U.S. fighter pilot shot down by Iran, but was unsuccessful.
