Gelonghui March 31 | YF Property (00287.HK) announced that, with effect from March 31, 2026: (1) Chen Xuefei resigns as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and will also no longer serve as the chairman and member of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and corporate governance committee. (2) Ye Sheng is appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and will also serve as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee and corporate governance committee. (3) Wu Guofen, a non-executive director of the Company, is appointed as a member of the nomination committee. (4) Wu Zhiyang, an independent non-executive director of the Company, is appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
