Robotech's subsidiary signs a major daily operation contract worth 246 million yuan
Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Wang Manlei) On the evening of April 2, Luobotek (300757) disclosed an announcement stating that its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTECServiceGmbH (hereinafter referred to as “ficonTEC”)’s subsidiary entered into a new batch of major contracts for ordinary course of business with a company F listed on the Nasdaq on April 1, with a contract amount of USD 35.70 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 246 million). The contracts cover a production-scale coupling equipment and services order that is applicable to a plug-and-play silicon photonics technology route. The contract amount accounts for approximately 25.9% of the company’s audited operating revenue for fiscal year 2025.
Luobotek stated that company F has no related party relationship with the company or its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction. The performance of the above contracts will not have a material impact on the business independence of the company and the subsidiaries of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC. The main business of the company and the subsidiaries of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC will not create dependency on the contracting parties due to the performance of the contracts. If the contracts are fulfilled smoothly, the company expects that they will have a positive impact on its operating performance for fiscal year 2026.
