**Insight Network News: **On March 31, China International Capital Corporation Anhui Expressway Control REIT released an announcement of its key operational data for February 2026. Since 2026, the overall operating condition of the real estate project companies has been good. The toll revenue source for this expressway is diversified, there is no significant cash flow provider, and there has been no change to the operation and management institution.

The key operational data for the real estate project Yanjiang Expressway for February 2026 is as follows: the average daily natural vehicle flow for the month was 25,121 vehicles, up 42.72% month-over-month, and down 4.95% year-over-year; the average daily natural vehicle flow accumulated for 2026 was 21,170 vehicles, down 23.23% year-over-year. Toll revenue for the month (including VAT) was RMB 61.45 million, down 10.01% month-over-month, and down 10.59% year-over-year; toll revenue accumulated for 2026 was RMB 129.74 million, down 18.45% year-over-year.

The main reasons for the year-over-year and month-over-month declines in freight truck vehicle flow are: (1) In February 2026, the free passage policy for small passenger cars with 7 seats (including 7 seats) or fewer during the Spring Festival lasted 9 days (from February 15 to February 23, 2026). Compared with February 2025 (from February 1 to February 4, 2025), it was 5 days longer; (2) The Wuwei–Anqing section of G4231 Nanjing to Jiujiang Expressway (formerly the S22 Tianchang to Tianzhushan Expressway, and the north along-the-Yangtze River expressway), referred to as the Ningjiu Expressway segment, was officially opened for operation on December 26, 2025. As a parallel segment to the Yanjiang Expressway, the completion and opening of the Ningjiu Expressway have caused some impact on the vehicle flow and toll revenue of the Yanjiang Expressway; (3) In February 2026, road closure times due to reasons such as severe weather and traffic flow control increased significantly compared with last year.
