As of the end of March, the number of licensed real estate agents in Hong Kong reached 37,861, an increase of 0.5% compared to the end of February, marking a 10-month high. The number of salespersons holding licenses increased to 20,437, while real estate agent licenses slightly rebounded to 17,424.

**Viewpoint Network News: **On April 2, data from the Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority showed that as of the end of March this year, the number of licensed agents in Hong Kong was 37,861, up by 187 from 37,674 at the end of February; it increased by 0.5% month over month, reaching a 10-month high.

As of the end of March, there were 20,437 holders of salespersons’ licenses (commonly known as S licenses or minor licenses), up by 160 people, or 0.79% month over month, rising for a second consecutive month. The number of holders of real estate agent (individual) licenses (commonly known as E licenses or major licenses) recorded a slight rebound to 17,424, up by 27 month over month, an increase of 0.16%.
