Deep Tide TechFlow report, April 03, according to Jintou, an insider revealed that SpaceX has increased its target valuation for its initial public offering to over $2 trillion. These insiders say that the company and its advisors are briefing potential investors on this valuation goal in preparation for meetings in the coming weeks. As previously reported by foreign media, these so-called “testing-the-waters” briefings may include additional information supporting the valuation.

In February, it was reported that after SpaceX acquired Elon Musk’s xAI, the combined company’s valuation was $1.25 trillion. At a $2 trillion valuation, SpaceX would surpass all companies in the S&P 500 except Nvidia, Apple, Alphabet (Google’s parent company), Microsoft, and Amazon, and it would also surpass two other members of the U.S. big seven—Meta and Tesla, which is under Musk’s own umbrella.
