**Guandian News: **On April 2, Longfor Group and Sun Hung Kai Properties’ partner company K. Wah? developed Hong Kong Ap Lei Chau CAYUE project recorded a single large transaction, selling three units of Flat A on the 5th floor. The transaction price was over HK$120 million, and the buyer used a 30-day cash payment method.

According to the introduction, the unit sold this time is four-bedroom, with four separate suites/rooms spaced together, with a usable area of 3,316 sq ft. The transaction price per sq ft is approximately HK$36,388.

Information shows that the project is a high-end seaside-view luxury home in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island, with 6 towers and 295 units in total. It mainly features large-unit design. Recently, it has continued to record transactions, reflecting market demand for quality luxury housing products.
