Abstract generation in progress

Silver Lake investment entities converted 136,941 Dell Class B shares into an equal number of Class C shares on March 18, 2026, and subsequently sold 74,258 Class C shares in open-market transactions. The sales occurred at weighted average prices of $150.32, $152.34, and $152.90 per share. These transactions, detailed in a Form 4 SEC filing, indicate a partial trimming of their stake while significant direct and indirect Class C holdings, including those of Egon Durban, remain.
