Hangzhou plans to launch 4,000 affordable rental housing units throughout the year, with 2,190 units already launched in the first quarter.
**Guandian News: **On April 2, the Hangzhou Housing Security and Housing Management Bureau released the local progress and plans for the construction of affordable rental housing. In the first quarter of this year, it has already completed the supply of some units, laying the groundwork for the全年 target.
According to the briefing, in the first quarter, Hangzhou has cumulatively rolled out 5 affordable rental housing projects, totaling 2,190 units. The plan for the full year is to roll out 4,000 units, continuing to increase the supply of “small-sized units, low rents, and high-quality” housing.
Information shows that the projects already launched include Chunchan High-tech Cloud Mansion in the Qiantang District, Ningchao? Chaoyu Xianlin Apartment in the Shangcheng District, and Chenyu? Ruxilan Court in the Gongshu District, among others. The units are ready for move-in with just a suitcase and have well-established supporting facilities nearby. Going forward, residents can obtain leasing information through the official website of the Hangzhou Housing Security and Housing Management Bureau.
