People's Financial News, April 1 — According to Haikou Customs statistics, since the implementation of the Hainan Island Duty-Free "Buy and Pick Up Immediately" and "Guarantee and Pick Up" policies over the past three years (April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2026), the total shopping amount for the "Buy and Pick Up Immediately" method has reached 10.591 billion yuan, with 11.6961 million items purchased by 5.3308 million shoppers.
