I just checked how much the non-contributory pensions for February 2026 are, and honestly, the 2.85% adjustment made by Anses makes sense considering the December inflation. What caught my attention the most is that the disability or old-age PNC reached $251,111.27 plus the $70,000 bonus, totaling $321,111.27. Quite different if you are a mother of seven or more children, then it increased to a base of $358,730.40.

The interesting part is how they set all this up. From what I saw, the $70,000 bonus was automatically credited along with the monthly benefits, but if you earn more than the minimum, it was given proportionally so you don't exceed the cap of $428,730.40. Basically, a guaranteed floor for those with the least.

The non-contributory pensions for February 2026 were deposited in the second week of the month, along with the minimum pensions. If you wanted to process anything with Anses, you had to log into My Anses with your CUIL, verify your work history, and if there were missing contributions, submit documentation. Quite bureaucratic but necessary to keep everything properly recorded.
