V. Problems of other indicators

(I) Coconut-fragrance pastries (椰香饼) as labeled and produced by Yangjiang Yuxiang Food Co., Ltd. sold by Jiduohui Department Store (individual business) in Jiduohui Department Store in Lingtou Town, Dianbai District, Maoming City. Peroxide value (calculated as fat) does not comply with the provisions of national food safety standards.

(II) Dinnerware (面碗) used by a noodle shop in Jianggao, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) does not comply with the provisions of national food safety standards.
