Ningxia Yipin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and 31 other companies violated the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for Safeguarding the Payment of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Accounts, the Provisions on the Interim Disclosure of Corporate Information, and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Corporate Abnormal Business Operations Lists. In accordance with Article 18 of the Provisions on the Interim Disclosure of Corporate Information and Article 4 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Corporate Abnormal Business Operations Lists, it is hereby decided to include Ningxia Yipin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and the 31 other companies in the Corporate Abnormal Business Operations List, and to publicize the matter to the public through the corporate credit information disclosure system.

Please have Ningxia Yipin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and the 31 other companies, within thirty days from the date of publication of this announcement, go to this authority to collect the “Decision on Inclusion in the Corporate Abnormal Business Operations List.” If not collected within the time limit, it shall be deemed to have been delivered.

If your unit objects to this decision, you may apply for administrative reconsideration to the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region within sixty days from the date you receive the decision; or file an administrative lawsuit with the Yinchuan Railway Transport Court within three months.
