Chinese financial software developer GaoYing Technology(GIT.US) withdraws IPO application in the US, originally planning to raise $20 million

Zhitong Finance App learned that Going International Holding (a company that provides backtesting software to the financial industry) withdrew its initial public offering (IPO) application on Wednesday. The company initially filed for an IPO with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in December 2023, aiming to raise up to $20 million. The company originally planned to list on Nasdaq under the stock ticker “GIT.” It is reported that the company was founded in 2020, is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and generated revenue of $15 million in the 12 months ended September 30, 2024.
