SanDisk releases industrial-grade storage cards IX QD352 microSD, IX LD352 SD

IT Home March 12 news: Sandisk announced at Embedded World 2026 the launch of two industrial-grade storage cards—SANDISK IX QD352 in the microSD form factor and SANDISK IX LD352 in the SD form factor.

IT Home learned that both of these storage cards use BiCS8 TLC NAND flash, offering 128GB/256GB capacity options, with write endurance up to as high as 768TBW. Their operating temperature ranges are -25~+85℃ and -40~+85℃, respectively. The related products will be available later this year.
