He stated that repair plans for over 4,000 homes have been confirmed, and reconstruction work has already begun; some of these repairs are being carried out by citizens with the financial support of the city government, while others are directly managed by the city government. Additionally, a total of 1,869 affected families are seeking relocation. As of now, 1,245 families (about 4,200 people) have been resettled in 23 residential areas. Some displaced residents have also been relocated to relatives' homes or moved to other cities based on their preferences.
