Gangzai Robot and NVTHK enter into a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop a robot RWA financing business model
Gangji Robot (00370) has published an announcement. On April 2, 2026, the Company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the “Agreement”) with NVTHK Limited (“NVTHK”). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Group and NVTHK will jointly develop and implement a robot-focused RWA (real-world assets) financing business model, mainly focusing on the issuance, distribution, and market development of robot RWA.
NVTHK is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. As a full-suite business solutions provider, NVTHK is able to provide the Group with strategic, technical, and operational advisory services in relation to blockchain initiatives, including RWA tokenization frameworks, distributed ledger infrastructure, and related platform architecture.
The Board believes that, if the potential cooperation under the Agreement can be implemented, it will enable the Group to quickly create a comprehensive robot RWA platform to provide RWA tokenization services for the robot assets owned by the Group, the Group’s customers, and other third parties that own robots and robot assets. As the lead business developer and initiator, the Group will mainly be responsible for identifying robot RWA assets, attracting customers, and ensuring the safety of robot market projects.
