Announcement on the Resignation of Certain Senior Management Personnel of the Company

I. Details of the Resignation of Senior Management Personnel

The Board of Directors of Shandong Oriental Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Tang Jiyu, the Company’s Deputy General Manager and President of the Marine Business Division. As Mr. Tang Jiyu has reached the statutory retirement age, he applies to resign from his positions as the Company’s Deputy General Manager and President of the Marine Business Division. His original term was to run until the expiration of the term of the Company’s Eighth Session of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Articles of Association of Shandong Oriental Ocean Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Tang Jiyu’s resignation report shall become effective as of the date it is delivered to the Company’s Board of Directors. After his resignation, Mr. Tang Jiyu will no longer hold any position in the Company.

As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, Mr. Tang Jiyu does not hold any shares of the Company, and there are no undertakings that should be fulfilled but have not been fulfilled. Mr. Tang Jiyu’s work has been properly handed over, and his resignation will not adversely affect the Company’s daily operations.

During his tenure, Mr. Tang Jiyu was professional, diligent, and devoted, performing his duties with dedication. For decades, he has worked tirelessly to support the Company’s long-term development and standardized operation.
