At the opening ceremony of the forum, policies and measures related to the Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Science and Technology Innovation Center will be released. This is the “construction blueprint” for the future deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation across the three regions. Wang Peng said that this means that coordinated innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will enter a new stage. In the future, the three regions will jointly build a full-chain innovation system of “Beijing R&D, Tianjin pilot testing, and Hebei mass production.” Key areas such as artificial intelligence, biopharmaceuticals, commercial space, and hydrogen energy will usher in breakthrough development opportunities, forming a distinctive and highly coordinated industrial development pattern.

Wang Peng said that in the past, technology achievement transformation models often followed a sequence of first forming technical achievements and then matching them with the market.
