Koma Materials: Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Koma Materials’ announcement: On March 30, 2026, the company entered into a “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Localization of the Full Industry Chain of Wet-Friction Brake Pads Based on Paper for Off-Road Use” with China Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd. The two parties will carry out long-term strategic cooperation around the goal of localizing the full industry chain of wet-friction brake pads based on paper for off-road use, to achieve complementary advantages and coordinated development.
