JUST IN: Bitfarms announced one of the most profound transformations seen among publicly traded Bitcoin miners.

The company will change its name to Keel Infrastructure, modify its corporate jurisdiction, and shift its focus to data centers for artificial intelligence and high performance computing, supported by a portfolio of approximately 2.2 gigawatts in North America.
Bitfarms will cease investing in new Bitcoin mining and will operate as Keel Infrastructure.
