An energy facility in Kursk Oblast, Russia, was attacked, causing power outages for over 14,000 households.

People’s Finance News, March 31—Local time in the morning of March 31, the governor of Russia’s Kursk Oblast, Alexey Khishtein, reported that an energy facility in the Belovsky District of the oblast was attacked, resulting in power outages for more than 14,000 households. According to Khishtein, between 9:00 on the 30th and 7:00 on the 31st, 48 Ukrainian drones were shot down. The Ukrainian side used explosive devices to carry out four drone attacks and conducted 38 artillery shellings against already evacuated residential areas. The attack injured one person, who was taken to a hospital, and damaged two private residences and two cars. (CCTV News)
